Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

A duplicate payment was made in error.

Services were not delivered at all due to fault on our part.

A written agreement specifically outlines a refund arrangement.
3. No Guarantees

Marketing results (such as increased followers, engagement, or sales) are influenced by factors outside our control. For this reason, we do not offer refunds based on lack of results.
4. Cancellation of Services

If you cancel your services before work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion (minus any administrative or setup fees).

Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.
5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of this policy.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and pursue collection of unpaid balances.
